Jan. 17, 2013: Mark Gangloff is still one of the best sprint breaststrokers in the United States, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show he talks about moving on from disappointment at the Olympic Trials. Gangloff was primed to make his third Olympic team in the 100 breast in Omaha, but talks about the reasons why he was unable to reach his goal in the finals. In a meet a few weeks later, Gangloff was able to post a time that would have put him on the Olympic team, and he discusses with host Tiffany Elias why he felt the need to swim that race after Trials. Gangloff and his family have relocated to Columbia, Mo., and the University of Missouri, where Gangloff is assistant coach. He talks about juggling life as a full-time coach and full-time swimmer and how he’s feeling in the days leading up to this weekend’s Arena Grand Prix meet.
