TRX Streamline Pushoff

Katie Shannahann a Phoenix High school all American junior demonstrating a TRX streamline push off. Katie used this exercise to recently win the 200 fly at the Phoenix Invitational in 2:02.59. The TRX movement provides more power off the walls for greater distance underwater. Complete 4 sets of 8 reps.
