On New Year's Day, Rob Dumouchel was one of many people around the year braving cold waters for a swim that has become an annual tradition, but he was unique in that he did it alone, and swam for 10 kilometers along Pismo Beach in California. He talks about the swim, his love of open water swimming and how he wants to share his love on his blog.
