We’re coming to the end of championship season, that means its either taper time or time to hit the reset button and get back to work. In either situation it’s great to be thinking about the details of the stroke, and in this week’s tip of the week we’re learning the details on how to build your backstroke from Current University of Arizona Coach and future USA Swimming national team director Frank Busch.
