Oct. 12, 2010: David Plummer looks back on a breakthrough summer that saw him win his first national title against a field of heavyweights, then participate in the 100 back final at the Pan Pacific championships that saw his nerves get the best of him and cost him another victory. He talks about moving on from that swim, training in Minnesota and getting ready for world championships.
