Matt Josa is looking to become one of the top Division II swimmers in his freshman year at Queens, posting quick in-season times in a recent meet, despite being on medication for the flu. He talks about racing Ryan Lochte in the 200 IM and what he learned from the experience. He also discusses the reasons behind picking Queens University and swimming in Division II, and how the junior world championships renewed his motivation for swimming.
