We take you back to the men’s NCAA Division I swimming and diving championships, where Bruce Wigo details the history of the famed “passing of the baton.” Wigo, the CEO of the International Swimming Hall of Fame, talks about how legendary coach Ray Bussard came up with the idea and how the International Swimming Hall of Fame has worked to continue the tradition.
