Nick Silverthorn broke two 13-14 national age group records at the USA Swimming senior nationals in December. The story of setting the 400 IM record was an interesting one, and he talks about having to do a time trial in order to break the record and how he was able to break the 13-14 record on the day he turned 15. He also talks about the agony of watching that record get broken a week later.
