Mark Dylla is working hard to exorcise the demons from last spring's NCAA championships, where he touched first in the 200 butterfly, only to be disqualified. He talks about the experience of the swim and hwo he moved on from it last summer to make the Pan Pacific championships. He said his training, despite a groin injury, is going very well, and he describes a set that he said is great for a 200 butterfly.
