Nov. 8, 2010: Tom Dolan has been recovering well since suffering a major head injury last July, and on today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show he talks about the day he collapsed and how he’s been recovering. Dolan, the 1996 and 2000 Olympic champion in the 400 individual medley, says swimming is what helped him stay alive after his heart difficulties that day, and that without the massive amounts of training he did to be an elite athlete, his heart would not be as strong as it is now.
