Not long after his star swimmer made history in the Water Cube, Bob Bowman does an interview for The Morning Swim Show to talk about the emotions following Michael Phelps’ amazing 100 butterfly win and what the seven gold medals so far mean to him.

Bowman talks about his reaction to Phelps winning gold medal number seven and also gives some advice to coaches who potentially might have the next Michael Phelps: stay positive through all the ups and downs of the training cycle.
