Diana Nyad, considered by many to be the queen of long-distance swimming, talks about her upcoming attempt to swim from Cuba to Florida -- at 60 years old. Nyad attempted this swim in 1978 but was unsuccessful. She talks about the reasons why she decided to return to the water after 30 years away, and how her recent 24-hour swim off the coast of south Florida prepared her for the swim, one of the longest in history.
