Lauren Perdue has not had an easy journey to the 2012 U.S. Olympic team, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show she talks about how she was able to overcome back injury to place fourth in the 200 free at Trials. Perdue talks with Tiffany Elias about the back injury she sustained recently and how she mentally believed she could never be in shape to challenge for a spot on the Olympic team. She also relives the experience of racing at Trials and what being on the Olympic team means to her.
