KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, December 8. NATHAN Adrian has been putting a big focus on long course racing in the past couple of years, so the Olympic champion was pleased with how he swam at the USA Swimming nationals.

In this video interview, he talked about the mistakes he made in his races, many of which come from not focusing on short course yards racing recently. He also talked about his next few weeks of training and looked ahead to the long course pool at the Arena Grand Prix in Austin.
