Stanford took down the women’s 400-yard medley relay during the 2016 Pac 12 Championships tonight in Federal Way.  And, thanks to Stanford head coach Greg Meehan, we have the full splits now.

Ally Howe (51.05), Sarah Haase (57.73), Janet Hu (50.37) and Lia Neal (47.10) put together a top time of 3:26.25 for the win and the NCAA and American record.

That swim cleared the 3:26.41 set by Stanford at the 2015 NCAA Championships in Greensboro.

Howe (52.00), Katie Olsen (58.07), Hu (50.89) and Simone Manuel (45.45) turned in that time at the time to set the American and NCAA record.

The same foursome from the record tonight also set the 200-yard medley relay record two nights ago.

Howe (23.62), Haase (26.20), Hu (22.82) and Neal (21.51) clocked a 1:34.15 to take down the sprint medley record.

Stanford finished the night trailing USC 951-946 in the team title battle.
