GLASGOW, Scotland, December 21. TOM Shields, a late call up to the Duel in the Pool team after Ryan Lochte had to miss the event due to injury, still managed to put together an American record in the 200 fly.
Shields explains the excitement of watching the tie-breaking mixed 200 medley relay. Shields also talks about his year, and some of the positivity he found this year to help him focus on the long course season.
