The fourth and final night of action at the 2018 CSCAA National Invitational Tournament got underway in Annapolis this evening with fast swims thrown down left and right from an eclectic mix of the nation’s fastest collegiate squads. Adding to the already astronomical meet record tally, tonight’s finals session alone turned in a whopping eight meet records, with one pool record in the men’s 200 back.
Kicking off the meet was Boise State’s Hayley Hill who broke Western Kentucky’s Mollie McNeel‘s meet record of 16:40.73, with her time of 16:29.26. FIU’s Oceane Peretti was in second and also under the old record in 16:30.07. Dipping under the record in third and four place respectively was SIUC’s Bryn Handley (16:31.96) and Denver’s Andi Johnston (16:38.48).
