Duke Hires Eileen Bringman as Assistant Coach
Duke on Friday announced the addition of Eileen Bringman to the swimming and diving coaching staff.
Bringman joins the staff as an assistant, with both Riley Boulden and Kate Moore elevated to associate head coaches on the staff of Brian Barnes.
Bringman was an assistant head coach at Cornell last season, her fourth season in Ithaca. She has guided Cornell to 20 team school records in her tenure. She also served on the staff for Team USA at the 2023 World University Games in Chengdu, China.
Bringman swam at Pacific University, where she was a team captain and left with school records in both backstroke events. She spent almost a decade as the head coach of Lake Shore Swim Club in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the Lake Erie Coach of the Year in 2021. She began her coaching career at Fairview High School, where she served as the head coach.
