GOLD COAST, Australia, August 25. AFTER his silver medal-winning performance in the 50 freestyle at the Pan Pacific championships, Anthony Ervin talked about the many factors that contributed to his swim, including the long travel after nationals. He also discussed the 400 freestyle relay and the desire to turn the tables back in the Americans’ favor after losing to Australia the night before.
