The USA's team of Missy Franklin, Rebecca Soni, Dana Vollmer and Allison Schmitt break the world record to win gold in the women's 4x100m medley in the Aquatics Centre at the London 2012 Olympic Games (4 August). Australia won silver in the event with Japan winning the bronze medal.
