Kathy Flippin details the 13 years it took to be named to her first Olympic medical team staff as a massage therapist, including a chance meeting with Olympian Chad Carvin and Mission Viejo Nadadores coach Bill Rose in 1999. She also talks about working with swimmers and what her role is at the Olympic Games.
