Bud McAllister is a member of the American Swim Coaches Association Hall of Fame. For three years now he's been the head coach of the Swansea club in Great Britain. We caught up at Irish Nationals and talked about some of his star swimmers like Jaz Carlin and Megan Gilchrist and how their distance training compares to what Bud did developing the most successful distance swimmer in American history, Janet Evans.
